The products of the new luxaflex japanese design collection are made from a highly decorative material called 'Washi'. Washi, literally meaning 'japanese paper' gives the appearance of clouded paper panels creating a light effect offering privacy and a unique zen-like effect for windows.
The sliding panels collection can be produced in four different types of washi material ; originals,Colours, washi extra are all laminated on both sides and therefore particularly suitable for wet rooms and also very easy to clean. The other type is woven washi which is slightly transparent to create a special light effect in your home. These japanese sliding panels products are some of the latest from Luxaflex and the finish they give a room can be stunning.
Sliding Panels as all of our products, are made to measure and are fitted to and slide horizontally on an aluminium track. Ideal as a window covering or room divider, they are a sleek and stylish choice for screening and enclosing a room space. The washi panels hang from the track and can be moved via a cord or rod control option. As shown in the images the sliding panels can have a selection of coloured decorative wood or aluminium trims, these are availble in 10mm, 20mm and 40mm widths. It is also possible to mix colours in the various segments as per the first image on this page.There are many configurations for this product to suit most situations.
