We have a number of Roller blind ranges from the most cost effective to the more expensive and unusual. Roller blinds are the starting point for most people when it comes to choosing a simple pull down blind. The mechanism used as a standard these days is the sidewinder control which is a chain to the right or the left of the blind which you just pull one way to raise and the other to lower.
The old spring roller system is still available although these days it is called soft raise. The operation is the same except when you feel the blind start to go up you can let go of the pull cord and the blind will raise slowly to the top. We tend to use the sidewinder as it gives you more of a defined control. Roller blinds can also be motorised and controlled via a remote handset or switch.
The fabric collection has a wide extensive range of colours and designs and if you wish you can use your own fabric to have a blind specially laminated to combine with any interior décor. The laminated Roller blind is covered in more depth in the soft blinds section of this website see link to the left of this page.
Image 1 below shows the cassette pelmet box in a white finish when you pull the blind up the fabric is hidden within the cassette. There is also an option on some fabrics to cover the cassette box in the fabric of the blind. We have many finishes that can be added to the blind from Scallops, turrets, Rings,Wood borders, fabric borders, braids and fringes. Of course you can just leave it plain and contemporary with a straight finish.
